Are you looking for an internship? Landing an internship in the IBA study house is a good way to gain insight the work focused on projects developing perspectives for landscapes and people after mining.
The IBA study house provides hands-on experience for students who are interested in regional processes. The scope includes different tasks from project work and knowledge transfer respectively rework in the field of mining landscapes to the organisation of events. The structure of the internship is coordinated individually. Of course, we offer to write an academic thesis.
Our preferences:
- students from the field of regional planning, geography, architecture, landscape planning or similar fields as well as students of librarianship or webdesign
- students interested in managing regional processes
- students with good knowledge of the English language or other languages
- students with an independent and exact working style
Possible workings:
- work for a scientific topic with regional reference
- work on further topics of IBA projects
- knowledge rework in the field of mining landscapes
- preservation and expansion of the IBA library including archival storage
- supporting students and experts
- voluntary work with public relations and media conception/creation
- organisation of events and exhibitions
- IT-Support (website, network)
